He left college the #1 ranked AFROTC cadet with a BS in Aero E, and earned an Astro E MS in 10 months. His pilot training class's “Most Outstanding 2nd Lt,” he left F-111 training as #1 academically, and class Top Gun. He then instructed fighter pilots, was a flight examiner, and left ranked #1 of 250. After teaching AF Academy Aero E he flew F-16s, leaving as a squadron Top Gun. Post Air Force, Bob managed a bank sales group, was the national head of strategy, and quarterbacked a merger of multi-billion dollar banks. He ran a brokerage company until sold, then moved to CEO of the new company. Bob founded SurveyVitals, a medical quality solution. Clients grew from 12 medical providers to 17,000+ and was acquired in 2021.
